KPMG is looking for a Bank Concierge to provide essential front-line support and customer care at a supported living service. In this role, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, dedicated to building a safe and supportive environment.
What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for customer queries and support.
- Build positive relationships and help customers develop life skills.
- Respond calmly to emergencies or challenging situations.
- Ensure the service is secure and provide excellent customer care.
- Carry out health and safety checks and keep customer notes up to date.
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults, including those with mental health needs or substance misuse.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly approach.
- Confident using IT systems.
