AccorHotel was looking for an Accounts Administration and Tech Support Officer

AccorHotel is looking for a versatile and proactive Accounts Administration and Tech Support Officer. This dual role combines IT support with finance administration, offering a unique opportunity to contribute across both technical and operational functions in a dynamic hospitality environment. You'll be part of a team that creates guest moments that feel both effortless and deeply personal.

What You'll Do

  • Provide first level IT support to hotel staff and guests, troubleshoot hardware, and assist with basic network connectivity.
  • Act as the onsite conduit between staff and the Remote HQ IT team, raising and following up on tickets.
  • Maintain the IT Contracts Register, manage password security protocols, and oversee system access rights.
  • Support PCI compliance processes, conduct internal security checks, and monitor audit logs.
  • Assist in preparing capex requests, gathering quotes, and supporting IT asset lifecycle management.
  • Process invoices, coding, vendor queries, and statement reconciliations for accounts payable.
  • Issue invoices, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain debtor records for accounts receivable.
  • Prepare daily revenue reports, reconciliations, and cash handling checks.
  • Support accruals, reconciliations, and documentation collation for month-end.

  • Skilled in IT troubleshooting with a customer focused approach.
  • Comfortable working across both technical and administrative functions.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Professional, discreet, and an excellent communicator.
