Materade is hiring an Account Manager for Property Management to be a foundational team member building our new service area. You will take ownership of your customer portfolio, manage key building projects, and serve as the mediating link between owners and external parties.
What You'll Do
- Build structures and processes in Munich, Berlin, or Cologne together with management.
- Take over the administration and management of your customers.
- Act as project manager for important building works on behalf of the owners.
- Serve as the balancing factor between individual owners and in exchanges with third parties.
What We're Looking For
- You approach problems in a structured way and stay persistent until you find a suitable solution.
- You have pronounced communication skills and quickly build connections with people.
- You are excellent at bringing together the expectations of different groups of people.
- You speak fluent German and can communicate confidently in English.
Nice to Have
- You have been able to gain initial experience in real estate, law, or accounting.
