About the Role
This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions for clients
- Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews with customers
- Track and report on account performance and sales metrics
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations
- Understand client business goals and align product usage accordingly
- Negotiate contract renewals and amendments
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Coordinate onboarding and implementation support as needed
- Gather customer feedback to inform product and service improvements
- Respond to client needs with timely and effective solutions
- Drive adoption and expansion of platform features
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
- Support the development of client success strategies
- Work closely with support and technical teams during issue resolution
- Assist in creating client-specific documentation and success plans
- Monitor customer health metrics and intervene when necessary
- Promote best practices for product utilization
- Participate in sales planning and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service terms
- Facilitate communication between clients and product teams
- Act as an advocate for customer needs internally
- Contribute to process improvements in account management
- Represent the company at client events or meetings
