FloQast is hiring an Account Manager, Northern California

About the Role

This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions for clients
  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews with customers
  • Track and report on account performance and sales metrics
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations
  • Understand client business goals and align product usage accordingly
  • Negotiate contract renewals and amendments
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Coordinate onboarding and implementation support as needed
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product and service improvements
  • Respond to client needs with timely and effective solutions
  • Drive adoption and expansion of platform features
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Support the development of client success strategies
  • Work closely with support and technical teams during issue resolution
  • Assist in creating client-specific documentation and success plans
  • Monitor customer health metrics and intervene when necessary
  • Promote best practices for product utilization
  • Participate in sales planning and forecasting activities
  • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service terms
  • Facilitate communication between clients and product teams
  • Act as an advocate for customer needs internally
  • Contribute to process improvements in account management
  • Represent the company at client events or meetings
