What You'll Do
- Act as the strategic architect for assigned customers' long-term success and value realization.
- Serve as the primary commercial partner for innovative companies, managing key relationships.
- Focus on high-level commercial strategy at the intersection of Finance and IT procurement.
- Drive customer retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a strategic Account Management, Customer Success, or similar commercial role.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS commercial dynamics and relationship management.
- Ability to operate strategically at the executive level, particularly within Finance and IT departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to architect complex customer solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
