What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for top Chinese restaurant partners, building trust through consistent, culturally aware communication—both in person and remotely.
- Analyse performance data to uncover opportunities that boost order volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction for your partners.
- Negotiate partnership terms that create mutual, long-term value, balancing business objectives with merchant needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to launch targeted campaigns and improve delivery logistics, enhancing the overall experience for riders and diners.
- Stay ahead of market trends by deepening your understanding of the local Chinese dining scene and identifying innovative ways to maintain competitive advantage.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is essential.
- Ability to speak Cantonese is highly valued.
- Experience in sales or account management, particularly in fast-moving or scaling environments.
- Comfort interpreting data to guide decisions and support commercial strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with independent owners and larger restaurant groups alike.
