About the Role
The individual in this position will oversee key client accounts, identify opportunities for expansion, and serve as the primary point of contact to maintain strong, productive relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
- Conduct regular account reviews and performance assessments
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Develop and implement account-specific strategies
- Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns proactively
- Coordinate with technical and support teams to fulfill client needs
- Track and report on key account metrics
- Negotiate contract renewals and service expansions
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Facilitate onboarding for new clients within existing accounts
- Organize and lead client meetings and presentations
- Ensure timely delivery of agreed-upon services
- Stay informed about client industry trends and challenges
- Collaborate with marketing on account-specific campaigns
- Support resolution of billing or service disputes
- Gather client feedback for product and service improvements
- Prepare quarterly business reviews
- Align client goals with company offerings
- Drive adoption of new features and tools
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of service portfolio
- Escalate technical issues when necessary
- Promote long-term client retention
- Work with finance on invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Contribute to account planning documentation
