Vim is looking for an Account Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of strategic client relationships. You will serve as a trusted partner to healthcare organizations, ensuring they realize measurable value from our solutions while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand those partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
- Cultivate strong relationships across client organizations, engaging stakeholders from operational contacts to senior leadership
- Drive renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities in alignment with client goals and Vim's growth objectives
- Build and maintain account plans that connect client priorities to measurable outcomes
- Anticipate and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring issues are resolved before they escalate
- Collaborate across Sales, Product, Network Engagement, and Delivery to ensure consistent, high-quality client experiences
- Advocate internally for client needs, shaping product and operational priorities accordingly
- Monitor and report on account performance metrics, translating data into clear narratives of value
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably within SaaS or healthcare technology
- A demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver against revenue targets
- Strong commercial acumen and a strategic approach to account growth
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility across all levels of an organization
- A metrics-driven mindset with a commitment to data-informed decision-making
- The ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and execute in a fast-moving environment
- Based in or near NYC, with availability for a hybrid schedule from our Chelsea office
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with value-based care models and payer-provider partnerships
- Background in digital health, healthcare IT, or two-sided marketplace businesses
