About the Role

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with internal teams to support customer acquisition and retention within the SMB and commercial market segments.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound channels
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges and requirements
  • Present product solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Manage all stages of the sales pipeline from lead to close
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize deals
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
  • Provide feedback from customers to product and support teams
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
  • Coordinate with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Participate in sales training and team meetings
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow-ups
  • Use data to track performance and adjust outreach strategies
  • Represent the company at virtual events and demos
  • Adapt communication style to different customer personas
  • Maintain professionalism in all customer-facing interactions
  • Support the development of sales playbooks and best practices
