About the Role

This position focuses on acquiring and supporting small to mid-sized clients by guiding them through the sales process and ensuring alignment with their global business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the small and mid-market segment

  • Participate in virtual demos and sales presentations
  • Follow up on inbound leads in a timely manner
  • Use CRM tools to track pipeline progress
  • Support expansion into emerging geographic regions
  • Adapt communication style to diverse customer backgrounds
  • Address objections and clarify value propositions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance regulations
  • Contribute to team reviews and forecasting sessions
  • Drive adoption of platform features through consultative selling
  • Respond to RFPs and sales inquiries professionally
  • Work cross-functionally with customer success teams
