- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Gather market feedback to inform product development
- Stay updated on industry trends in dining and guest experience
- Represent the platform at networking events and trade shows
- Develop proposals and pricing models for prospective clients
- Coordinate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Advocate for customer needs within internal teams
- Monitor competitor offerings and adjust outreach strategies
- Support account expansion within existing client portfolios
- Deliver follow-up communications to nurture sales pipelines
- Translate technical features into business benefits for clients
- Maintain professionalism in all client-facing interactions
