About the Role
The Account Executive will identify and onboard property owners, build strong client relationships, and grow revenue by promoting a shared housing solution tailored to the local market.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage property owners interested in shared housing models
- Conduct outreach to expand the local property network
- Educate property owners on financial and operational benefits
- Negotiate partnership agreements with landlords and investors
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of new property listings
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deals
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth property setup
- Monitor market trends in the Washington D.C. housing sector
- Address client concerns and provide timely support
- Meet or exceed monthly performance targets
- Present value propositions to potential partners
- Track performance metrics and report on sales activity
- Build trust through consistent and professional communication
- Identify expansion opportunities within the region
- Support marketing initiatives with local insights
- Ensure compliance with company policies during client engagements
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams when necessary
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate regulations
- Represent the company at local networking events
- Drive customer retention through proactive account management
