Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities in targeted enterprise markets
- Manage full sales cycles for cloud data platform solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams to design customer-specific solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals within approved parameters
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline updates
- Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape
- Work closely with customer success teams to ensure retention
- Drive adoption and expansion within existing accounts
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations
- Coordinate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Maintain CRM records with up-to-date activity logs
- Advocate for customer needs internally
- Support development of tailored proposals and RFP responses
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures
- Participate in regional sales strategy discussions
- Meet or exceed assigned quarterly and annual targets
- Conduct regular business reviews with key clients
- Identify partner collaboration opportunities
- Escalate technical or service issues when necessary
- Gather and share customer feedback with product teams
- Maintain deep understanding of technical capabilities
- Align sales approach with brand positioning

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in enterprise software sales
- Proven track record selling cloud infrastructure solutions
- Experience with data management or storage technologies
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes environments
- Familiarity with DevOps workflows and tools
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quotas
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles
- Skilled in consultative selling techniques
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platform
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Local language proficiency in Dutch, Swedish, or Danish
- Self-directed with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed

- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Technical aptitude to understand product architecture
- Experience presenting to C-level executives
