About the Role

This position is responsible for driving new customer acquisition in Germany by identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise prospects. The ideal candidate will combine consultative selling with deep technical understanding to position solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the German market
  • Engage with enterprise prospects to understand technical and business challenges
  • Lead sales cycles from initial outreach to contract closure
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions for customer needs
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers
  • Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with new customers
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with marketing on regional demand generation activities
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings
  • Stay current on product updates and competitive landscape
  • Provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Work closely with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts
  • Use data to prioritize high-potential prospects
  • Follow structured sales methodologies throughout the customer journey
  • Communicate market insights to leadership and regional teams
  • Support expansion into adjacent verticals within the region
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and legal requirements
