About the Role
This position drives growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities with companies looking to streamline their employee meal programs through a dedicated sales approach.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients interested in organized meal solutions for teams
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and workplace dining challenges
- Present tailored meal program options that align with client goals and budgets
- Build relationships with decision-makers in human resources and office operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize service offerings
- Manage a high volume of outreach to prospects through calls and emails
- Track and report on sales activities and pipeline progression
- Negotiate contracts and close new business agreements
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion
- Stay informed about product updates and platform enhancements
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Respond to client questions about service capabilities and logistics
- Support onboarding process for newly signed clients
- Provide feedback to product teams based on client input
