About the Role
Drive sales from prospect to close in a remote role focused on the Knoxville area. Manage a full-cycle sales process, build strong client relationships, and exceed revenue targets using solution-based selling techniques while contributing to security compliance and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact through closing.
- Create new sales opportunities using diverse outreach and engagement methods.
- Apply a solution-oriented sales strategy to deliver measurable value to clients.
- Develop and sustain relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Generate revenue and expand business by building a strong, consistent sales pipeline.
- Record all sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline updates in Salesforce CRM on a regular basis.
- Meet or exceed targets for sales activity, pipeline growth, and revenue generation.
- Complete continuous security training and adhere to company policies.
- Recognize potential security risks, report them to executive leadership, and assist in resolving issues.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in IT sales.
- Must reside in the United States.
- Must be located in the Knoxville, Tennessee area.
Nice to Have
- Prior field sales experience with a value-added reseller (VAR) is beneficial.
- Background selling major IT infrastructure or security solutions is preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently with strong self-motivation and territory management skills.
- Demonstrated business insight to understand client needs and align offerings effectively.

Compensation
Base salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 in New York City, plus commission; compensation varies by region
Work Arrangement
Remote with weekly travel expected for in-person client meetings in the local area

- In accordance with the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary in New York City is $90,000 to $100,000, with additional commission opportunities.
