Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance data and insights
- Present analytics reports using company platforms and tools
- Identify client needs and recommend relevant solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery
- Track and report on client engagement activities
- Support contract renewals and expansion opportunities
- Gather and relay client feedback to product and development teams
- Maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management system
- Assist in onboarding new clients to platforms and services
- Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly
- Coordinate with technical teams during implementation phases
- Prepare summaries of client interactions for management review
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews with clients
- Support the development of customized reporting templates
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and service agreements
- Escalate technical or service issues to appropriate departments
- Promote adoption of digital tools among clients
