LON3 London is hiring an Account Executive, Health & Benefits to join our team at 51 Lime Street. You will manage the end-to-end client service lifecycle, ensuring accurate policy administration and delivering on our service commitments.
What You'll Do
- Comply with and execute the claims handling process for assigned clients.
- Fulfill service activities—including visits, contacts, calls, reports, and talks—as defined in our service procedures.
- Handle client inquiries and procedures, following them through to resolution.
- Ensure correct and complete data entry in our systems to support daily client and policy service and meet reporting deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- University student in Business Administration or a related field with at least 50% of classes approved.
- 2 years of experience in health, life, or personal accident insurance or 2 years in customer service, sales, or insurance claims.
- Technical knowledge of insurance claims, renewals, policies, and endorsements.
- A valid driver's license.
- Advanced proficiency in the English language.
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
