Jitterbit is hiring an Account Executive

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for selling our integration platform to enterprise clients, managing the sales cycle from start to finish, and building strong customer relationships. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Work with the technical team to address client inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Manage a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the customer success team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on client needs and market trends.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide input on product development based on client feedback.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to draft and review contracts.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance sales efforts.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
