Hopper is looking for an Account Director - Commerce to be a key member of the Partner Success team at HTS. Reporting to the VP of Partner Success, you will support the success and growth of our B2B travel commerce partners in APAC across products such as flights, hotels, cars, and packages.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the Partner Success strategy for HTS Commerce, from onboarding to sustained growth, focused on maximizing partner satisfaction, driving adoption of additional travel products, and increasing overall revenue performance.
- Lead onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement for Korean-speaking partners, acting as their advocate within HTS.
- Drive adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an excellent partner experience.
- Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-backed decisions to optimize product offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Business-level fluency in Korean and English.
- Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Nice to Have
- Experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or working with Korean clients or partners.
