Experian is looking for an Account Director to sell data quality software solutions to clients across Retail, Financial Services, Gaming, Fintech, Public Sector, and Utilities. You will be responsible for both upselling to existing accounts and acquiring new logo clients, managing the entire sales cycle while acting as a senior role model within the sales team.
What You'll Do
- Manage the entire sales process from deal qualification to close.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage a personal target and focus on upselling additional products and services into an existing set of client accounts.
- Target new logo clients and develop market leading propositions.
- Take ownership of sales forecasting, reporting, and management of sales performance against KPIs.
- Work collaboratively with other teams such as Customer Success, Pre Sales, Marketing, and GTM Sales.
- Make decisive decisions and move at pace.
- Proactively develop other team members.
- Act as a role model performer to more junior members of the team and set the standards that others will follow.

Reports to the Sales Manager for Data Quality Sales.
