About the Role

This role is responsible for monitoring client health, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering actionable insights to strengthen relationships and improve outcomes across the client lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Track and evaluate client performance using data analytics tools
  • Collaborate with account managers to identify growth opportunities
  • Produce regular reports on client engagement and success metrics
  • Identify early warning signs of client dissatisfaction or churn risk
  • Support onboarding and transition processes for new clients
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal databases
  • Assist in the development of client-specific success plans
  • Monitor key performance indicators and service level agreements
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues
  • Deliver presentations and performance reviews to stakeholders
  • Use data to recommend process improvements and optimizations
  • Respond to client inquiries with timely and accurate information
  • Track adoption rates of platform features and tools
  • Contribute to quarterly business review preparation
  • Ensure clients achieve measurable value from the platform
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Support retention and renewal initiatives
  • Help refine client segmentation strategies
  • Participate in product feedback loops with development teams
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity standards
  • Assist in scaling client success operations
  • Conduct root cause analysis on performance trends
  • Support change management during client transitions
  • Develop dashboards for internal and client-facing reporting
