Abrigo is hiring a Client Success Manager for our ProfitCents platform. You will be responsible for maximizing product utilization and return on investment for your assigned customers. You'll own the entire customer experience, manage renewals, solve technical problems, and drive account growth as a trusted advisor.

What You'll Do

  • Own the entire customer experience for a portfolio of accounts, establishing relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Manage and close license renewals at expiration, targeting price increases based on licensed products.
  • Solve account-level and basic technical issues related to our software and customer end systems.
  • Programmatically manage account escalations, past-due invoices, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Detect, report, forecast, and mitigate customer risk to develop account plans that enable growth.
  • Proactively outreach to prospects and close business within the ProfitCents/SVS valuation platforms.
  • Stay current on industry trends and our suite of services to meet account needs.

What We're Looking For

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in an accounting and/or technical services environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven account management or relevant experience.
  • Ability to work and communicate with senior/executive-level partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and understand complex technical issues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills across multiple channels.
  • Ability to travel as needed (5%).
  • Demonstrated ability to retain a high level of customer base (80%).

Work Mode
