Altoros is looking for a Mobile Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join a dynamic team for a fast-paced, high-impact project. This mid-level to senior-level role is crucial and requires involvement from the project's initial kickoff to ensure the development of a robust and high-quality mobile application.

What You'll Do

Work closely with the Mobile Engineer and Designer from the project kickoff to build foundational context and contribute to the definition of quality standards and testing strategies.
Execute comprehensive manual testing on native iOS and Android applications to identify, document, and track defects, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Perform thorough API testing to validate data integrity, functionality, security, and performance of back-end services supporting the mobile application.
Review and contribute to test cases written by engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Document detailed bug reports, testing results, and test matrices, communicating findings clearly to the development team and stakeholders.
Maintain a consistently high level of engagement and workload to meet tight timelines and quality objectives.
Utilize and manage testing on provided physical devices and leverage shared resources like BrowserStack for broader device coverage.
Be prepared for potential light test automation activities in the future.

What We're Looking For

Mid-level to Senior-level professional experience.
Proven, hands-on experience in quality assurance for native mobile applications (iOS and Android).
Solid experience in testing RESTful APIs or similar backend services using tools like Postman.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with defect tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Experience with test management tools.
