Nacar is looking for a Video Editor to turn raw footage into high-performance digital ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. You will play a key role in translating creative briefs and iterative tests into thumb-stopping content that directly supports growth goals.
What You'll Do
- Edit UGC, testimonial, and branded content for paid social platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Implement hooks, pacing, motion graphics, and text overlays designed for maximum engagement.
- Translate creative briefs into high-performing video concepts.
- Collaborate with performance and creative strategy teams to execute iterative tests on top-performing ads.
- Maintain brand tone, compliance, and visual consistency across all content.
- Support occasional static asset production using Photoshop.
- Manage assets, timelines, and file delivery efficiently and independently.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in video editing.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Extensive experience creating ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and/or Applovin, including native content in 9x16/4x5 ratios.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-rich, and results-driven environment.
- Strategic thinker who takes initiative and can identify winning ad trends.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably in digital marketing or e-commerce.
