As a 3DExperience Architect, you will drive the technical vision and implementation of Dassault Systems’ 3DExperience platform, focusing on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions within complex engineering landscapes, especially in the Aerospace sector. Your role centers on designing scalable, innovative architectures that align with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to analyze engineering requirements and deliver customized 3DExperience solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy tailored extensions, integrations, and widgets to enhance platform capabilities.
- Lead development teams with technical oversight, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices, code integrity, and cloud-native standards.
- Develop Proof of Concepts and industry-specific solutions leveraging Enovia and 3DExperience technologies.
- Guide the implementation and deployment of PLM tools, ensuring seamless integration within existing IT ecosystems.
- Define strategic roadmaps for Engineering and PLM digital capabilities, including team formation and capability building.
- Champion innovation by leading teams to create new digital assets using emerging technologies.
- Apply expertise in CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile/SAFe methodologies to streamline engineering application delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with around a decade of experience in engineering, IT, or business domains. Deep familiarity with Enovia, 3DExperience, and Dassault Systems’ SaaS environment is essential. You must have hands-on experience with widget development, system upgrades, cloud services, and PLM deployment.
Proven ability to translate engineering workflows into technical solutions, particularly in regulated industries like Aerospace, is required. Knowledge of quality management systems and digital transformation in engineering contexts is highly valued. Experience in leading innovation initiatives and building high-performing technical teams is a strong advantage.
