The 3D Design & Implementation Specialist will assist international fashion, sportswear, and technology brands in adopting 3D garment simulation technology. This role focuses on designing and delivering training programs, facilitating workshops, and working closely with clients and internal teams to advance 3D design integration and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with top-tier brands in fashion, sportswear, and tech sectors to support their use of 3D design tools
- Help clients achieve proficiency in 3D software through customized training sessions
- Guide clients in developing and executing strategies for adopting 3D workflows
- Plan and lead hands-on workshops and live product demonstrations
- Work with the Design and Implementation Team to develop and execute new projects, events, and creative initiatives
- Produce 3D content for user engagement, social media, and promotional campaigns
- Engage in client projects both on and off-site, with availability for international travel
- Collaborate with software development teams to suggest and refine new features and applications
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the fashion industry with solid knowledge of garment construction
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English is required
- Creative mindset with curiosity, initiative, and self-motivation
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Positive and enthusiastic approach with a commitment to long-term growth
- Willingness to travel frequently, including extended trips within the Northern region and to Ho Chi Minh City
Nice to Have
- Professional understanding of fabrics and trims
- Experience with 3D design software such as CLO3D or Marvelous Designer
- A reliable remote workspace that enables smooth customer and team interactions, with readiness to travel to client locations when needed
