As a Product Designer (Pro) for Bare Metal at Scaleway, you will be responsible for creating a clear, high-quality user experience for Scaleway's cloud and AI products. You will work within the Bare Metal tribe to transform complex technical challenges into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces, ensuring design excellence across a wide range of infrastructure offerings.
What You'll Do
- Conduct user interviews and user story mapping to understand user problems
- Produce measurable solutions through meaningful product and business metrics
- Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes for design reviews and developer handoff
- Understand the full developer experience during design and delivery
- Organize usability and user testing with support from Product Managers and UX Research
- Report usability testing results to the team
- Demonstrate design impact using qualitative and quantitative KPIs
- Collaborate as part of the tribe’s triforce with Product Managers and Front-end Developers
- Work closely with Tech & UX writers to ensure cohesive product messaging
- Participate in evangelizing design internally through onboarding and internal events
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience in a similar product design position
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team spirit with commitment to team development

- Proactive mindset with willingness to share ideas and contribute to continuous improvement
- High level of expertise in Figma
- Experience in documentation and presentation
- Experience in dashboard interfaces design
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Hotjar, Tableau)
- Experience working in tech companies
- Excellent command of English
