Innovaccer is seeking an Analytics Operations Specialist to support the execution and optimization of data-driven operations across teams. This role blends analytical expertise with operational oversight to ensure the smooth flow of data, accurate reporting, and informed business decisions.
What You'll Do
- Support analytics operations by conducting SQL querying, data cleaning, and validation.
- Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Monitor data pipelines and flag inconsistencies or issues impacting business operations.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a data operations or analytics support role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of quality and operational metrics.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
