UserWise Services is looking for a 2D Game Artist to drive the visual evolution and content pipeline for established live titles. You will have high ownership and direct impact on player experience through new features, LiveOps content, and visual updates.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Art Director to maintain and evolve visual direction and consistency.
- Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality LiveOps content and new feature assets.
- Create complex key assets such as characters, environments, props, and UI illustrations.
- Work with Product Managers, Game Designers, and UX Designers to translate concepts into art deliverables.
- Prepare and own asset hand-offs to the engineering team for integration into Unity.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to ensure smooth integration and optimal performance.
- Ensure quality and visual consistency of all UI art and game art meets established standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and UA teams for consistency between in-game assets and external creatives.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years professional experience as a 2D Game Artist.
- Proven track record shipping at least two mobile or F2P titles.
- Understanding of game development pipelines and technical constraints for mobile platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating skill across characters, environments, props, and stylized/casual game art.
- Experience in 2D UI/UX art, creating and iterating on user interfaces.
- Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other modern 2D production tools.
- Working knowledge of 3D fundamentals, animation basics, and asset flow.
- Ability to manage hands-on work and take ownership of art assets in a small, fast-moving team.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a remote, cross-disciplinary environment.
- Organized; familiar with art production workflows and asset documentation.
