Coopers iET AG is looking for a 1st Level Supporter:in to join our Service Desk team supporting a client in the insurance industry in Zürich. You will be the first point of contact for IT support, ensuring smooth technical operations for internal customers.
What You'll Do
- Receive and process incidents and requests in German, French, Italian, and English via the internal IT Service Desk.
- Support internal customers with all IT support issues.
- Process and resolve tickets according to our ITIL-based process framework, escalating to the 2nd Level Support when necessary.
- Provide application support for various internal systems.
- Maintain and expand our Knowledge Management Database by documenting relevant articles.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in 1st Level Support.
- A positive approach to telephone and electronic customer contact.
- A communicative and confident personality with high self-initiative.
- A solution-oriented and independent way of working.
- Strong digital affinity and very good knowledge of common Microsoft products.
- Excellent language skills in German and French.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Italian and English.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based in Zürich.
