Responsibilities:
- Guide customers by addressing complex technical inquiries
- Deliver technical support via email, chat, and video conferencing platforms
- Manage multiple simultaneous issues with varied complexity, ensuring timely response within established service level agreements
- Expedite problem investigations and minimize support ticket resolution duration through interactive video calls
- Analyze system logs to diagnose errors and determine underlying causes
- Serve as Incident Commander during service disruptions and maintain real-time status updates
- Stay current with platform feature developments
- Foster internal collaboration to enhance team efficiency and customer experience
- Develop support documentation, training materials, and automated workflows for recurring challenges

- Relay customer insights and provide product recommendations to management and engineering teams

Requirements:
