Voxidea is seeking a Billing & AR Specialist with Collections Experience to manage a full-cycle billing process focused on customer service. This fully remote role centers on using QuickBooks Online for invoicing, collections, and maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and problem-solving. We offer flexible full-time or part-time options.
What You'll Do
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing detailed information about contracts and invoices.
- Create and send invoices to clients, including all charge and payment term details.
- Resolve billing issues and ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Use QuickBooks Online for invoicing, collections, and tracking payments efficiently.
- Manage email correspondence by sorting, prioritizing, and responding to messages promptly.
- Perform administrative tasks, including invoice generation, document organization, simple project management, and work with Excel and CRM systems.
- Handle client-facing responsibilities such as following up on overdue payments and nurturing professional relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in billing, collections, and customer service roles.
- Hands-on proficiency and expertise using QuickBooks Online.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a variety of administrative tasks.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English (C1 level or higher) and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Access to a reliable laptop (2017 or newer) and a stable internet connection.
- Permanent residence in Latin America.
