Voxidea is hiring an Intake & Reception Specialist to be the welcoming first point of contact for leads and clients seeking legal services. In this role, you will deliver a friendly and helpful experience, collect essential information to understand client needs, and guide individuals to the appropriate resources.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first contact for leads through phone or email.
- Collect important information to understand client needs and assess how the firm can help.
- Listen empathetically and guide individuals to appropriate resources within or outside the firm.
- Complete legal forms and manage records of customer interactions.
- Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met or provide additional support.
- Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork.
What We're Looking For
- Holds a bachelor’s degree.
- Has 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers.
- Is proficient in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency.
- Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish or Portuguese, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Maintains discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Permanently resides in Latin America.
- Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection.
