Voxidea is hiring an experienced Consulting Engineer to design, optimize, and support high-performing technical solutions for our clients. You will assess, maintain, and optimize client systems and troubleshoot complex issues in a fully remote environment.

What You'll Do

Assess, maintain, and optimize client systems, infrastructure, and technical workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, software, network, and system integrations.
Develop and implement technical solutions, including backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.
Design and document system architectures, diagrams, and process flows.
Strengthen security by configuring and monitoring protective systems and best practices.
Support clients by identifying technical pain points and recommending effective solutions.
Ensure all systems remain optimized, accessible, and secure.
Test, configure, and maintain key devices and technologies essential to client operations.

What We're Looking For

Experience designing and supporting technical solutions across diverse client environments.
Confident skills in managing UNIX/Linux systems.
Knowledge of infrastructure architecture, system integrations, and security best practices.
Comfort working with a range of technologies, including servers, networks, firewalls, and routers.
Skilled in creating clear documentation, technical reports, and system diagrams.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Formal education in engineering, IT, or a related technical field, or equivalent strong hands-on experience.
A proactive problem-solver who works independently, communicates effectively, and collaborates seamlessly within a remote consulting team.

Nice to Have

AWS experience is a strong plus.
