Role Purpose
The Director of Client Integration delivers a premium, strategic engagement during the initial four weeks of the Stafi journey. This position guarantees clients, their representatives, and all stakeholders comprehend, commit to, and successfully navigate the integration process, establishing a foundation for sustained satisfaction, client retention, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and emphasize the critical nature of completing the integration process to clients and relevant stakeholders.
- Inform clients about how the onboarding supports their success and their representatives' performance.
- Monitor representative performance throughout integration, documenting and escalating issues in the Legal Delegation Hub (LDH) when challenges emerge.
- Partner with internal teams (Coaches, HR, Talent Development and Customer Success) to determine and implement strategic actions like supplemental training, Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), or personnel replacements.
- Propel client retention by enhancing integration processes, engagement strategies, and delegation capabilities.
- Serve as the primary client contact for integration, ensuring satisfaction with assigned representatives and smooth transition to VP of Customer Success.
- Guarantee clients effectively utilize the Legal Delegation Hub and recognize its inherent value.
- Assist clients in mastering the Legal Delegation Hub to optimize communication, tracking, and success metrics.
- Maintain consistent engagement and communication to build robust relationships and minimize client attrition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine processes, track key performance indicators, and identify improvement opportunities.
- During New Client Onboarding, the Director of Customer Success will manage replacement procedures, including interviews and final selections.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Operations to present optimal replacement candidates and ensure timely interview processes.
- Demonstrate exceptional urgency in task execution.
- Ensure all escalations are appropriately documented in the LDH and promptly address escalations initiated under your supervision.
- Immediately address critical/urgent/high-priority escalations on the day they are identified.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Law, or related field preferred
- Direct experience working with US-based law firms
- Minimum five years of corporate or executive leadership experience
- Practical, hands-on experience with startups, Business Process Outsourcing, preferably in legal sectors
- Proven track record in launching, managing, and expanding small businesses, ideally within professional services
- Demonstrated capability to mentor and guide individuals toward challenging objectives
- Experience in systematizing business processes
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and sustain client relationships
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, committed to timely and professional correspondence
- Comprehensive understanding of industry trends and best practices to effectively support client needs
