Genspark is looking for a YouTube Video Producer to join our fast-growing AI company. Your mission is to translate our cutting-edge technology into YouTube content that resonates with mainstream audiences. You’ll produce educational, high-retention videos that make complex AI feel exciting, human, and accessible.
What You'll Do
- Execute a YouTube-first content strategy showcasing Genspark's innovative AI technology.
- Lead the complete production process: scripting, filming, producing, and post-production collaboration.
- Translate complex AI concepts into content that’s educational, entertaining, and easy to grasp.
- Collaborate with Genspark’s content, brand, and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment.
- Use performance data and audience insights to inform future content.
What We're Looking For
- Genuine enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and its potential to improve how people access information.
- 5+ years of experience in video production, filmmaking, or content creation with a strong portfolio.
- Proven track record of making technical or complex subjects engaging and accessible.
- Experience creating YouTube-optimized content that balances education with entertainment.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage end-to-end production workflows.
- Comfortable collaborating remotely across distributed teams and time zones.

- Direct YouTube experience.

You'll collaborate with Snowball’s YouTube creative team and Genspark’s content, brand, and marketing teams.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $2,000–$3,000/week.
