Evertech is looking for a Xano Developer to join our team for a complex, large-scale backend development project. We empower high-growth startups and enterprises to scale their engineering capabilities, and we need someone passionate about building smart, scalable solutions.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and optimize complex backend systems using Xano.
Create and manage custom APIs, data relationships, and logic workflows.
Integrate third-party services and REST/SOAP/GraphQL APIs.
Collaborate with frontend teams (e.g., Flutter/React) to support seamless integration.
Maintain version control, documentation, and staging environments.
Ensure system performance, security, and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues quickly.
Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of backend development experience, including with Xano.
Demonstrated experience with complex Xano apps, including conditional logic, webhooks, and API chaining.
Proficient in data modeling and relational database design.
Strong understanding of authentication/authorization protocols (e.g., OAuth 2.0, JWT).
Experience with external API integration and data parsing (JSON, XML).
Strong knowledge of REST API principles and debugging tools (e.g., Postman).
Experience with Agile development practices and tools like Jira or Trello.

Nice to Have

Experience in no-code/low-code ecosystems and integrations (e.g., Webflow, Make/Integromat, Zapier).
Familiarity with DevOps concepts and deployment workflows.
Previous experience with HIPAA, GDPR, or enterprise-grade compliance.
Knowledge of scalable architecture for high-traffic systems.
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control.
