Responsibilities
- Define the strategic vision for Workplace Services and Experience across Hong Kong, Singapore, and expanding regional locations, collaborating closely with global leadership.
- Develop, guide, and inspire a multi-site team covering Operations, Food Services, and Front of House functions.
- Serve as the main link between APAC-based Workplace Services staff and teams in London and New York, fostering coordination, shared practices, and uniform service standards.
- Manage vendor relationships across the region, including selection, contracting, and performance oversight for catering, cleaning, and related services.
- Oversee the development and launch of new office spaces in APAC, working hand-in-hand with Engineering, IT, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage regional budgets for Workplace Services and use financial insights to inform operational planning and decisions.
- Promote and uphold organizational culture throughout the region, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and a supportive, engaging workplace for employees.
- Proactively identify and resolve workplace challenges, adapting services to meet evolving needs as the business expands in APAC.
