About the Role

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Workforce Analyst I to fill a highly analytical and strategic role at the intersection of HR, Operations, and data. You will translate workforce data into actionable insights to drive business decisions, collaborating with HR, Operations, IT, and Finance to optimize planning and improve the employee experience.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools for stakeholders.
  • Design and implement data models to support scalable analytics solutions.
  • Utilize engineered labor standards to help make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and build predictive models for attrition, hiring, and productivity.
  • Automate data pipelines and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and internal policy.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in workforce analytics, HR data science, HRIS, or a related role (e.g., UKG Pro Analyst, HR Data Analyst, WFM Analyst).
  • Hands-on experience with UKG Pro, including dataviews, data extraction, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of HR metrics, operations business functions, workforce planning, and organizational behavior.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and machine learning.
  • Familiarity with other HR systems.
  • Understanding of compensation, benefits, and talent management data and how it ties into workforce planning and modeling.
