Sedgwick is hiring a Workday Integration Analyst – Full remote (Spain or Portugal)

At Sedgwick, we are looking for a Workday Integration Analyst to lead and optimize our Workday integration landscape. You will be critical in ensuring seamless connectivity between Workday and external systems, driving efficiency and a smooth employee experience across our global operations.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and maintain the Workday integration landscape, ensuring stability and scalability.
  • Design, build, and support integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB.
  • Perform EIB loads and troubleshoot related issues.
  • Develop and maintain XSLT transformations for data mapping and formatting.
  • Build and manage API integrations (REST and SOAP) between Workday and third-party systems.
  • Monitor integration performance, resolve errors, and implement enhancements.
  • Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Expert proficiency in Workday Integrations – Workday Studio, Core Connector, and EIB.
  • Strong technical foundation in XSLT and XML-based transformations.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday API integrations (REST and SOAP).
  • Solid understanding of Workday integration architecture.
  • Experience with large-scale Workday deployments or multi-country integrations.
  • Comprehensive capability across all Workday domains including configuration, business process governance, security protocols, reporting frameworks, and assurance of data integrity.
  • Exceptional communicative competence – both oral and written.
  • Proven technical and organisational acumen – including mastery of Microsoft Office applications, advanced problem-solving and interpretive skills, project management expertise, and interpersonal effectiveness within team-oriented environments.
