Jobgether is seeking a Windows Software Developer to contribute to the full lifecycle of internal application development, from design to maintenance. You will work remotely within the US, collaborating directly with business units to gather requirements, build Windows-based applications, and support internal databases in our mission-driven environment.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain internal databases (SQL, NoSQL, Databricks) and Windows-based applications.
Collaborate with business units and end users to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Support existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and provide maintenance.
Work with third-party vendors to integrate systems or support application development.
Assist in researching, testing, and deploying reporting projects.
Follow a structured software development lifecycle, including code changes, testing, and deployment.
Maintain clear and thorough documentation of work, updates, and planned changes.
Partner with Business Analysts to understand needs, research solutions, and recommend appropriate technologies.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
3+ years of programming experience with Windows technologies.
Proficiency in C#, WinForms, WPF, .NET Framework/Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and SQL Server/Azure.
Familiarity with MSMQ, WCF, Microsoft Azure App Services, and basic Visual Basic.
Ability to travel occasionally for global or regional meetings, workshops, or training.
Willingness to join calls outside traditional office hours as needed.

Nice to Have

Exposure to additional languages or frameworks such as PHP, Node.js, or Python.
Experience with shell scripting and hardware/PLC communications.

Compensation range: $65,000 - $95,000 per year.
