visioncheckout is hiring a Werkstudent:in Customer Success to play a key role in our customer-facing operations. You will be instrumental in onboarding new clients and coordinating stakeholders for our established customers, acting as a central point of contact within our young, university-aligned team.

What You'll Do

Manage direct customer contact, solving potential problems independently or in collaboration with our development team.
Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and guide customers through the rollout of additional visioncheckout units.
Propose concrete measures for the successful deployment of our product and respond to diverse situations using our software.
Create system performance reports and communicate these findings to the team.
Identify sources of problems and submit feature requests to our development team.
Prepare and conduct workshops to improve our internal processes and increase customer satisfaction.

You are an enrolled university student and speak fluent German.
You are outgoing and possess strong communication skills.
You have a structured and independent way of working, allowing you to master new daily challenges.
You maintain motivation and composure even in stressful situations.

Nice to Have

You are open to occasionally traveling within Europe to visit our customers.
You have a fundamental interest in learning more about image recognition and machine learning.
