Papeo Unternehmergesellschaft is looking for an Event- & Social Media Manager to drive the promotion of our innovative event app through targeted marketing and engaging events. You will join us in our Markkleeberg office to shape the growth of our product in a motivated, open-culture team.
What You'll Do
- Plan, organize, and execute events to promote our event app.
- Develop and implement social media strategies on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Set up and optimize online advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Create creative content (text, images, videos) for our social media channels.
- Manage our community and interact directly with the target audience.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and event organizers to increase reach.
- Analyze and evaluate campaign performance for continuous optimization.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in event management and/or social media marketing.
- Creativity and a strong feel for current trends and viral content.
- Proficient use of social media tools and image/video editing programs.
- Organizational strength, communication skills, and a hands-on mentality.
- A genuine interest in digital business models and innovative event formats.

- Knowledge of performance marketing and experience setting up advertising campaigns.

Team & Environment
You will join a team of 11-50 employees. While our developers and technicians work completely remote, this role is specifically for office reinforcement in our Markkleeberg location.
