Bikeleasing-Service GmbH & Co. KG is hiring a Werkstudent/Aushilfe - Customer Service (gn). In this role, you will support companies and their employees through the entire leasing process for company bikes. Your focus is on answering questions, providing information, and ensuring a smooth flow to deliver a positive experience for every customer.
What You'll Do
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email in a friendly, solution-oriented manner.
- Conscientiously maintain and update customer data in our system.
- Communicate professionally with lessees, specialist dealers, and service partners to ensure seamless processes.
- Support our team with internal projects and actively contribute to the development of our customer support.
What We're Looking For
- You are an enrolled student or have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
- You are available to work in the late afternoons and on Saturdays.
- You can confidently handle MS Office.
- You speak German at a business-fluent (C1) level.
Nice to Have
- You have some initial experience with CRM systems.
