What You'll Do
- Contribute to efficient team organization by working closely with the team lead, taking on independent task packages, and ensuring processes are clearly structured.
- Structure team processes and tools by optimizing internal workflows, from vacation planning to the further development of ClickUp and documentation systems.
- Develop AI solutions for the team by researching suitable tools, crafting prompts, and implementing simple automations to facilitate daily work.
- Support ongoing PR projects and monitoring by conducting research, tracking tasks, and actively participating in implementation.
- Manage community interactions by processing tickets, screening platform comments, and documenting feedback in a structured way.
What We're Looking For
- You are currently enrolled as a student, for example in business administration, marketing, business informatics, or communication design.
- Reliability and independence: structured work, meeting deadlines, finding solutions on your own, and coordinating tasks to support the team lead.
- Clear and precise communication: conveying information understandably internally and externally, including in English, and documenting solutions for the team.
- Digital curiosity and quick comprehension: enjoyment of modern technologies and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tools.
- Structured thinking and process understanding: analyzing workflows, bringing order to tools and systems, and documenting processes clearly.
- A hands-on mentality: pragmatic approach, avoiding overcomplication, and implementing solutions quickly.
- You must be willing to live by the company's values.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI tools, ClickUp, Confluence, or automations is a plus.
