Cohere is looking for a Bilingual Website Manager to optimize our website and enhance our online presence. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure our website effectively represents our brand and engages our audience.
What You'll Do
- Manage website content, including publishing, auditing, and optimizing.
- Collaborate with web development and design teams to ensure the website aligns with our brand identity and values.
- Monitor and improve technical and content SEO results through collaboration with web design, development, content teams, and agencies.
- Support localization process for international geographies.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Analyze, test, and evaluate website performance and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Run user research, identify data-driven improvement hypotheses, and launch AB testing experiments and big-bet initiatives at large scale to improve site conversion.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience managing a CMS for a B2B company.
- 5+ years of experience working with global SEO and a demonstrable understanding of localization SEO best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field with a strong quant component (math, stats) or marketing.
- Skills in CSS, HTML, and Javascript.
- Expert in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console, and an understanding of how to use this and present this data to marketing and web engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Solid understanding of how to grow metrics and practice running experiments.
- A scrappy, startup mentality to move fast, iterate quickly, and drive initiatives.
- Attention to detail, strong grammar skills, and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
- A strong desire to make a difference in one of the most exciting fields in AI today.
