eJam is hiring a Webflow Developer to create innovative and visually appealing websites that deliver a seamless user experience. You'll design sites for various platforms, integrate components and animations, and collaborate with our design, marketing, and content teams to bring creative visions to life.
What You'll Do
- Create innovative and visually appealing websites using Webflow, ensuring a seamless user experience and aesthetic appeal.
- Design and develop websites tailored for various platforms and devices, ensuring each site is optimized for its respective environment.
- Develop websites that captivate visitors within the first few seconds, effectively enhancing user engagement.
- Seamlessly integrate internal components with external APIs and tools, ensuring a cohesive and functional web experience.
- Implement compelling animations and interactions to enhance the website's message.
- Select and integrate design elements that resonate with the website's messaging and amplify user engagement.
- Understand and implement web development techniques that resonate with the target audience for the specific product or brand being advertised.
- Work closely with the design, marketing, and content teams to align on project objectives and creative direction.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in web development, particularly with Webflow.
- Proficiency in Webflow and familiarity with other web development software such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your best website designs and developments that demonstrate your ability to create visually appealing and functional websites.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the website contributes to a cohesive and engaging user experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
- A deep understanding of web development trends and the evolving nature of digital consumer behavior.

- Experience with other web development platforms and tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in Webflow's Interactions and animations is a significant plus.
