Advantage Design Group is hiring a Web Developer to join our team. You will play a key role in developing and customizing CMS-based platforms that power digital recruiting and orientation experiences. Your work will directly support our clients' goals by creating scalable, secure, and tailored solutions within our collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain CMS-driven websites using C# / .NET and Umbraco.
- Build and configure backend functionality to meet specific client requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and media teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Integrate APIs, enable SSO, and support cloud-based deployments.
- Maintain code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews.
What We're Looking For
- Proficient in .NET (C#), SQL Server, and Visual Studio.
- Experience working with CMS platforms, preferably Umbraco.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiar with REST APIs, Razor, and Git.
- Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience or knowledge of Azure, MVC, AJAX, SSO, TFS, or IIS.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Jacksonville, FL. Hybrid remote work is available after the initial onboarding period.
