Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and define their requirements through regular communication
- Create comprehensive technical specifications for website development
- Produce sample page designs with attention to typography, color schemes, and layout
- Develop visual elements such as graphics, animations, and edited digital images
- Present proposed design concepts to client-side business teams for feedback
- Revise content, troubleshoot code, and restructure web pages as needed
- Conduct thorough testing to verify website functionality and performance
- Deliver training sessions to end users on web systems
- Engage in ongoing learning to stay current with emerging web technologies
- Build and support web applications according to user-defined requirements
- Develop internet, intranet, and extranet solutions enabling data access and manipulation for internal staff
- Sustain and improve current web platforms, ensuring integration across internal systems
- Carry out full-cycle testing of web applications at unit and system levels, involving users when required
- Manage user acceptance testing processes and document outcomes
- Apply modern web tools and methodologies while adhering to international standards set by W3C
- Create user-focused templates, databases, and interactive interfaces tailored to specific needs
- Demonstrate teamwork by sharing knowledge and being open to learning from others
- Understand and address compatibility issues between browsers and servers
- Ensure websites are usable across various devices and platforms
- Prioritize digital accessibility for people with disabilities in line with inclusive design principles
- Develop and adjust project plans to adapt to evolving requirements
- Apply advanced knowledge of database structures and design impacts
- Be available to work beyond standard hours, including weekends when necessary
- Handle high-pressure situations involving strict deadlines and shifting priorities

- Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
- The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems – Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the leading Organization in Bahrain
- Ability to work additional hours as needed and weekends required
- Ability to work well under the pressure of tight deadlines and changing demands
